Children’s Sunday School – Sunday Mornings 10:00 am

All children are welcome in our Sunday School room. We use the Godly Play curriculum which is a creative and innovative way of helping both children and adults become involved with the stories in the Bible. We sit on the floor in a circle and enjoy the lessons much as the stories might have been shared in ancient times. We love to have visitors in our classroom so please come to join us. Parents are invited for tour and a brief explanation of our Sunday School program after the service on any Sunday.

Women’s Bible Study – Tuesday Mornings 10:00 am (except June, July and August)

Several years ago a group of women from St. Lukes began meeting regularly to study and discuss the Bible. It was decided to search out materials and study guides that were of interest to us giving special consideration to those written by women for women. Throughout the years we have explored several excellent books including Women of the Bible by Ann Spangler & Jean E. Syswerda and The Red Tent by Anita Diamant, but we’ve also completed several Serendipity study guides and are planning a study of Galatians . No matter what the chosen subject, we’ve found the discussion both lively and enriching. Please join us as we continue to grow and learn as we study The Word on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM in the library.
